We ordered the dress for my 17-year old's cotillion program. Order came on time--which was a concern, as there was no way to check interim timeline. It said only when order was placed, and payment approved, and then had no progress until order was actually shipped. This is very stressful for someone who has never shopped for an important purchase like this on line.Even though we measured carefully (I thought), the bodice was too big and had to be altered by my tailor. My main complaint is with customer service (or lack thereof). There is no way to check via phone and the on line instructions make reference to links that are not present. The instructions very much need to be refined. The link for questions BEFORE you place the order, was kind enough to help me with my questions and getting access to customer service after my order was placed. Although this turned out ok in the end, I still prefer going to a store and trying on dresses and shopping locally. Since the work was being performed in China, we also had concerns about whether the workers were being paid fairly, were adults and not children and worked under civil conditions.

Ok so ordered this wedding dress received it today...! Its absolutely stunning sooo worth the money exact same quality detail as you would get from a wedding shop...! i was so nervous about ordering a prom dress from the internet but soo glad i did...It fits perfect with still a little room to move in...Looks so flattering...! I went for the made to measure i would recommenced it if you go for this..! 1 thing i will say is be careful if getting shipped to the UK i got charged ￡115 customs charged when the dress was couriered arrived at the house couldnt believe it... Will be ordering from Newarrivaldress again thanks :)

Dress is beautiful and well made. I received my dress in a very timely manner. Only complaint is that the ivory color is more soft white than ivory.

I have just received this dress in Champagne,( if anyone wants to know the colour, i would say a light gold) it really is Beautiful and SO well made., yes it is too long but that 's easy to fix. I'm a uk size 12 so ordered the size 10 and its a perfect fit. I 'm so delighted as I was worried about ordering on line. I'm now going to order my bridesmaids and Mother of the bride dress from Newarrivaldress too.!
